Shipping policy

At OffShore Crew, we manage our logistics from our headquarters in Gdańsk, Poland, allowing us to offer efficient and direct shipping to the entire European Union.

1. Shipping Scope

We ship to all countries within the European Union. As a company based in Poland, shipments within the EU are not subject to customs duties.

- Note for Canary Islands: If you are ordering from the Canary Islands, please note that while shipping is available, local taxes (IGIC) or customs handling fees may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated preparation and transit times are as follows:

- Poland: 1-3 business days.

- Mainland Spain & Rest of Europe: 4-7 business days.

- Canary Islands: 7-12 business days (depending on customs procedures).

Please note that these times are estimates and start from the moment the order leaves our warehouse.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the order and the delivery address. We strive to provide competitive rates thanks to our central location in Europe.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse in Gdańsk, you will receive an email with a Tracking Number and a link so you can track your order at any time.

5. Origin of Shipment
