Refund policy
Return & Exchange Policy – OffShore Crew
At OffShore Crew, our goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear. We understand that sometimes the size isn’t right or the product isn't exactly what you expected, so we facilitate the return process in accordance with European Union regulations.
1. Return Window
You have 40 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or an exchange. Once this period has passed, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
Unused and unwashed.
- With all original tags attached.
- In its original packaging (whenever possible).
- You must provide the proof of purchase or order number.
3. Shipping Costs and Responsibility
- Customer Responsibility: Shipping costs for returning or exchanging items are the responsibility of the customer.
- Recommendation: We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service, as OffShore Crew cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit back to our warehouse.
- Exceptions: We will only cover shipping costs if the item received is defective or if we made an error in the shipment (wrong model or size).
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate the process, you must contact us beforehand via email:

- Instructions: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the necessary steps. Please do not send any packages before receiving our confirmation.

5. Size Exchanges
To ensure you get the size you are looking for before it sells out, the fastest procedure is:

Return the current item.

Once the return is accepted, place a new, separate order for the correct size.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Items from the "Outlet" section or on final sale.
- Gift cards.
- Personalized products or those made to special order.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse in Poland, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: The refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Delays: Please remember that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
